1. International Mathematical Union(IMU) - IMU is an international non-governmental and non-profit scientific organization, with the purpose of promoting international cooperation in mathematics. It is a member of the International Council for Science (ICSU).

2. The International Congress of Mathematicians (ICM) is the largest congress in the mathematics community. It is held once every four years under the auspices of the International Mathematical Union (IMU).

3. Developing Countries Strategy Group, IMU - The Developing Countries Strategy Group (DCSG) was established by IMU in order to augment in kind and duration IMU's support of mathematics and the study of mathematics in developing countries

4. Mathematics at ICTP - Founded in 1964 by Abdus Salam (Nobel Laureate), the Centre operates under a tripartite agreement among the Italian Government and two United Nations Agencies, UNESCO and IAEA.

5. International Statistical Institute, Netherlands - The International Statistical Institute (ISI) is one of the oldest international scientific associations functioning in the modern world.

American Mathematical Society - Founded in 1888 to further mathematical research and scholarship, the American Mathematical Society fulfills its mission through programs and services that promote mathematical research and its uses, advance the profession, strengthen mathematical education, and foster awareness and appreciation of mathematics and its connections to other disciplines and to everyday life.

7. Mathscinet - The most reliable, searchable database of journals and books. Subscription required for using MathScinet (either personal or institutional). You can search mathscinet in from here in this site

8. AMS Subject Classification - Scientific classification of all modern Math areas. PDF copy of these classifications(2010 version)  can be downloaded from here.

9. www.springeronline.com - one of the leading publishers in Science. They produce quality books, journals etc.

10. www.sciencedirect.com - Another site of online journals - A commercial venture to sell journals, articles can be downloaded only if you have institutional/personal access. Otherwise, you may have to pay for each article.

11. NUMDAM -  A huge collection of Math journals - In order to support mathematical journals, the NUMDAM program has set up free access to bibliographical data and articles of french mathematical journals- Search and download archives of mathematical journals

12. The biggest list of journals at www.ams.org - Over 650 websites of printed journals, containing tables of contents, abstracts, information about submissions and subscriptions, and in some cases, electronic versions of papers. Almost all links responding as of 25 September 2008.

13. Number Theoretic Information at numbertheory.org - really useful number theory related website

14. Planetmath  An open source of mathematics definitions, completely downloadable!

15. Mathworld  Another source of definitions, but you may have to browse it online. Bulk downloading will be detected and you will be banned from even accessing site.!

16. Wikipedia Mathematics - An encyclopedia which became more reliable than Britannica. Completely open source. But downloading the entire wikipedia requires more than one's lifetime..

17. Wiki Math books - Online Math books; freely accessible without any subscription

18. Math Archive hosted by sunsite.utk.edu - Teaching materials, software, WWW links organized by Mathematical Topics. Searchable database

19. Mathematical Atlas: A gateway to Mathematics - includes a clickable map of Math areas
