Rotating Banner in Drupal-Godaddy

Drupal - the most popular CMS these days - has many great features. One of them is changing the top picture(usually called as a banner) randomly. That is, when you go to different pages, you get different different top images. What drupal does is in the graphics.css (in the theme directory), it defines the header section to take background from the url img/banners/rotate.php. The script rotate.php pulls the image files randomly from the directlry img/banners. But if you are using the free hosting of godaddy.com, this rotation may not work.
